MINI SWEET PEPPER PIZZA ROSES
Everyone loves a bouquet of roses, especially when they’re this delicious! These Mini Sweet Pepper Pizza Roses are a fun way to put a new spin on pizza night for friends and family.

Ingredients
8 oz. Veri Fine Brand Mini Sweet Peppers, roasted
2 tubes of ready-made pizza dough
2 cups, Mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 oz. pepperoni, sliced
Method
1. Pre-heat oven to 375 F.
2. Lay out pizza crusts and add 1 cup of cheese on top of each.
3. Cut into 1″ strips.
4. Place roasted Mini Sweet Peppers on top of the cheese.
5. Add pepperoni slices in between peppers.
6. Roll each strip of dough up and place into well-greased muffin tin
7. Bake in oven at 375 F for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
8. Serve with your favorite pizza sauce and enjoy!
